Louise promenade was built in 1992 and it is 400 meters in length. It begins on Yefe Nof Street and continues from the Nof Hotel to the upper entrance gate of the Bahai Gardens. The promenade is in the hotel area and is located near the cafes of Carmel Center. Along its route, the visitor can see a panoramic view of Haifa Bay, the Krayot suburbs of Haifa, Akko, Naharia, Mount Hermon and Rosh Hanikra. Along the promenade, there is a combination of cultivated vegetation blooming within a natural  Mediterranean forest, broad open areas of grass alongside hidden unseen corners, lampposts, benches and pergolas.​
