The Islamic Art Museum presents a rare collection of Islamic art from birth of Islam in the seventh century to the present and comprehensive a vast geographical expanse, from Spain to India. The collection includes Muslim architectural, decorative objects, war tools, ancient Korans, checkers, chess board between them a thousand years ago from Iran. At the same time dealing with temporary exhibitions of the world of Islam and modern Islamic art. One of the unique collections in this museum is a collection of  a rare clocks stolen from the museum many years ago and recently  found and returned to the museum.
Alongside the collections held various workshops for children inspired by Islamic art.

Openning hours: Sunday, Monday, Wednesday: 10:00 - 15:00 Tuesday and Thursday: 10:00 - 19:00 Friday: 10:00 - 14:00 Saturday: 10:00 - 16:00.

Location: Palmach 2, Talbiyeh, near the Jerusalem Theater in downtown Jerusalem.
